huh? NO!

If they don't know before calling you, they have no business knowing.

If it's a business line, you should always identify yourself. Personal is, well, personal. Protect yourself.

I don't think is a bad advice but that isn't a good idea in Mexico.

I definitely disagree with this suggestion! Perhaps in some cultures it's acceptable; amongst anglophone Britons, most certainly not.
